1. What we collect
Account information (name, email, phone, company details); home and property records entered by you or your builder (addresses, appliances, warranties, maintenance schedules, documents, photos); service-request activity and messages; payment-related records (handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers); and basic technical data needed to operate the service (session cookies, logs).
2. How we use it
To provide the service: coordinating service requests, sending the notifications and reminders you or your builder configure, maintaining home records, and processing membership billing. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who sees your information
Your information is shared with the parties needed to do the work: your builder, the homeowners of homes a builder manages, and subcontractors assigned to a job see the details relevant to them. Public subcontractor profiles show only the information the subcontractor chooses to publish.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the platform: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS, where enabled), and Vercel Blob (file storage). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — signing you in and keeping your session secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep records while your account (or your builder’s account) is active, and as required for legal and accounting purposes. To request deletion of your personal information, contact us at the address below; note that some records (e.g. billing history) may need to be retained where the law requires.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per builder tenant, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure — keep your password private and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
